About Rev. Dr. Charlene Hogan
Reverend Dr. Charlene Hogan is a native of Nashville, Arkansas, the tenth of twelve children. She is the daughter of sharecroppers and spent much of her youth in the fields. Dr. Hogan was blessed with born-again, Spirit-filled parents who knew the power of prayer and demonstrated faith in the God who is able to answer prayer.
Rev. Hogan, a Certified Life Coach, is a licensed and ordained preacher of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and believes in the application of God’s Word in her daily walk. God has strategically placed her to serve in ministry as the Associate Pastor of the Stafford Community Baptist Church alongside her husband and pastor, the Reverend Andrew L. Hogan, Jr. God has prepared and empowered her to motivate, inspire and encourage His people by delivering a message of divine love and hope during these restless and uncertain times. In the fall of 2010, Rev. Hogan was led by God to become the founder of Palm of Deborah Ministries, Inc. in Stafford, VA. Palm of Deborah Ministries, Inc. is a non-denominational body of believers committed to equipping, teaching, and empowering the local and global community towards wholeness through Jesus Christ with power and guidance from the Holy Spirit.
